Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at RUFF TOYS. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
RUFF TOYS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy (Delivery Duties Unpaid)
We offer international shipping to most countries using trusted carriers such as GLS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local postal services. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Please note: All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by you, the recipient, upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these charges before placing your order.
If you choose to refuse the delivery due to unpaid customs fees, the package may be returned to us or disposed of by your country’s customs authority. In such cases, original shipping fees will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
